Qualifications would include: 
* General knowledge of home repairs, dry walling, remodeling, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Experience preferred but not limiting. Willing to teach the right person. 
* Professional, positive attitude and professional appearance. 
* Trustworthy.
* Motivation and drive.
