A 12' x 12' deck was constructed by Accurate Custom Creations off to one side of our concrete patio. The purpose of our new deck was to hold our hot tub. Chad did an excellent job as he took the time to explain the positioning of the deck and building code requirements, to answer our questions and to complete all require city requirements needed to obtain a building permit. The work crew was very proffessional and curious. As the progressed with the construction, they would routinely explain what they were doing and their timeline for completion. The work crew maintained their time schedule and they maintained a clean work site. A job well done!

I have used Accurate Custom Creations' services for the last three years and have known Chad Corfits for eight years. My first project they installed new windows and new insulation and siding on the house. They provided such great customer service and quality of work that I hired them to repaint my four bedrooms, bath, office and kitchen. They were meticulous in the painting taking very good care of my woodwork.
They also remodeled my bath installing a new vanity, toilet, ceramic tile floor, paint and medicine cabinet. I absolutely love it. I also used them to finish some home energy audit findings in my attic including flashing, insulation and sill sealing in the basement.
They provided a very detailed and accurate estimate, issued change orders when we found new things to deal with in the siding of the house and always corrected any issues I found - in fact - Chad usually found the issues and fixed it himself. He takes great pride in his work and it shows.
I would highly recommend Accurate Custom Creations Services to anyone.

Accurate Custom Creations LLC did an awesome job! We had an excellent experience from my initial call through our project's completion. They installed a new roof and repaired our chimney. They were clean, efficient, and hard workers. I have no complaints or even minor concerns! They worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure not to leave a mess behind. The entire job only took 3 days for my ranch home. They went above and beyond in providing service. Although there was plenty of room for me to drive my minivan out of the garage, I was nervous about doing so, due to a neck stenosis I have. They backed my minivan out of my garage for me. Ours was not a deck but rather a boardwalk although there are certainly lots of similarities - in fact the criteria I gave them with curved walks and a circular observation deck probably makes my project even more complex. I have nothing but high praise for the company. They were prompt, efficient and timely - and their work was superb. They came up with ideas such as rounding corners for the center circular observation deck and winding walks - that I did not ask for but made the project even better. I work on campus where you hear just about everything and anything out of the mouths of workers - the guys with ACC were pleasant to me, to each other and to our visitors. They worked together well and I never saw any sign of discord. Chad and his project manager were awesome and enthusiastic. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and -the most rare thing of all - completed according to schedule and within budget!

Thanks for contacting me. Accurate Custom Creations put in a brick patio for me in my back yard. The quality of work is excellent, they are very careful of your yard or any surrounding areas, clean up their work area daily and completely at the end of the project. I no longer get other bids to compare, as I have always had such quality work and reasonable costs done by Accurate Custom Creations, that I go to them first and foremost for everything that I need built or repaired.
I find Chad and his staff to always be extremely polite, friendly, and honest and considerate, i.e. always checking to be sure it is ok to have their supplies in the driveway, yard, or if necessary in garage. I trust Chad and his staff completely and have been very pleased with every project they have done for me, which includes replacing bathtub and surround, as well as ceramic tile flooring in the bathroom, wood laminate flooring in my entire home, painting and wainscoating in a bedroom, the patio in the back yard, as well as a stone sidewalk up to my house in the front.
I am always consistently extremely satisfied with the work has been done. Their attention to detail is amazing, as they are quite the perfectionists. I have always been very happy with the jobs they have done and will continue to contract with them for any future repairs or remodeling in the future.
